STRATEGI PEMULIHAN USAHA KOPI GAYO DALAM MEMPERKUAT KETAHANAN EKONOMI LOKAL PASCABENCANA DI ACEH TENGAH

Abstract

Natural disasters occurring in Central Aceh Regency have affected local economic activities, particularly Gayo coffee businesses as one of the region's leading economic sectors. Disruptions in production, distribution, and marketing activities have highlighted the need for recovery strategies that strengthen sustainable local economic resilience. This study aims to analyze recovery strategies for Gayo coffee businesses in strengthening local economic resilience in the post-disaster period in Central Aceh. A qualitative approach with a case study design was employed. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation involving coffee business actors, local government officials, and relevant stakeholders. Data were analyzed using the interactive analysis model of Miles, Huberman, and Saldaña, consisting of data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that recovery strategies include strengthening business capacity, improving product quality, adopting digital marketing, enhancing stakeholder collaboration, and optimizing institutional and government support. These strategies contribute to improving business adaptability, maintaining economic activities, and strengthening local economic resilience after disasters. The study implies that collaboration among business actors, government institutions, and supporting organizations plays a crucial role in achieving sustainable regional economic recovery.
