About the Journal

JAKABARI (Jurnal Pengabdian Bakti Negeri) is a peer-reviewed open-access journal that publishes high-quality articles in the field of community service and engagement. The journal provides a platform for academics, researchers, practitioners, and community development actors to disseminate the results of community-based programs, applied research, and social innovations that contribute to sustainable societal development. Its scope includes community empowerment, appropriate technology implementation, education and training, digital transformation in society, public health initiatives, and socio-economic development.

JAKABARI applies a rigorous double-blind peer-review process to ensure the originality, quality, and relevance of published articles. The journal provides immediate open access to its content and operates under a Creative Commons Attribution (CC BY) license. It is published biannually in June and December by Lembaga Penelitian, Pengabdian Masyarakat dan Penerbitan Universitas Muhammadiyah Mahakarya Aceh, with a commitment to supporting the dissemination of knowledge and fostering collaboration between academia and society.
